Responsible for liaising with and handling IR-related matters with regulatory authorities
Investigate workplace disputes, grievances, and disciplinary matters
Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address and resolve workplace concerns and conflicts
Visit client offices to provide briefings on company policies and regulations, conduct disciplinary investigations, and assist in problem-solving related to industrial disharmony
Assist in conducting and participate in domestic inquiries
Draft documents, including letters, minutes, and reports
Execute any ad-hoc tasks / projects assigned by the Head of Department
Stay updated on any changes to employment laws and regulations
