Systems Administration
To maintain the HRIS (Workday / Boss .NET etc) and ensure smooth daily operation, data accuracy and OTIF
Superuser familiar with query and report generation
To provide preliminary technical support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues involving systems
To evaluate and monitor the system performance and update with the latest features
Support in data entry and payroll verification
HRIS Project (Workday / Boss I Net etc):
Responsible for HRIS projects including system implementation and upgrades
Work together and communicate with the project team, cross-functional team, HQ, vendors and end-user on system-related enhancements, issues and queries
Responsible for implementing, data migration, user acceptance testing (UAT) and error log analysis
Documentation and Manual:
Develops documents and maintains all the system process workflows for efficiency and compliance with data integrity, security and privacy requirements
Recommend effective processes or improvements on systems to increase efficiency in HR management
To provide systems training and support to users.
Support in external audit and internal audit in the Human Resources function
Support in any HR projects / strategies / initiatives as assigned by the line manager
