Tanggungjawab

Handling all inbound/outbound calls and email pertaining to the customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks, and other raising issue related to the company\'s product
To exceed customer\'s expectation in term of customers service & accurate information
Work in team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA

Manfaat

Basic salary RM4,000 + KPI Allowance up to RM500 + transportation allowance (RM20/day shifting 10pm - 6am) + Dental claim (RM500/year)
Leave entitlement: annual leave, sick leave, hospitalization leave, marriage leave, maternity leave, paternity leave, compassionate leave
Able to carry forward 2 days of annual leave to the following year
Up to 2 weeks of FREE accommodation for the outstation candidates
