Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service & Sales in a retail environment is preferable.
- Able to converse in Mandain, English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Great communication skills.
- Able to work on weekends & Public Holidays.
- Computer literacy on basic knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and POS System will be an added advantage.
- Provide consultation and advisory service to customer on products and treatments.
- Making product/ treatment recommendation to customers.
- Handle daily sales including collecting payments, invoicing, settlement, rendered services, profile checking and etc. by using existing system.
- Assist Branch Manager on achieving sales targets
- Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
- Maintains ambiance of the Retails Outlet, ensure the tidiness of the stock shelves and organize sales areas.
