Requirements:1.Fluency in both Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.2. Diploma or bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, E-commerce, or a related field preferred.3.Proven working experience in e-commerce or digital marketing in the Malaysian market is preferred.4.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with customers in both written and spoken communication.5.Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and social media platforms.6.Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.7.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.8.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.Benefits1.Salary of RM3,500 - RM5,500 (Additional bonus for performance) + Commissions (NO UPPER LIMIT) + Yearly bonus.2.Business Nature: Personal Care Industry3.Working Location: Subang Jaya Scopes:1.Engage with customers on social media platforms to build rapport and encourage repeat purchases.2.Produce products update and create compelling content for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, etc.3.Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing and customer needs.4.Explore KOLs and influencers and establish partnerships to promote our products.5.Collaborate with influencers to create engaging content and turn their influence into business opportunities.6.Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for product improvement and market expansion.7.Upload new products and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and completeness.8.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to maintain adequate stock levels.9.Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research and optimization.Experience Required: Min 2 Year/s
