Develop new menu based on seasonal changes and customer demand.
Assists with the preparation and planning of menu designs, supervise and ensure that products follow standard recipe and methods of preparation
Resolve customers\' problems and concern in quality and consistency of products.
Works with pastry chef to take appropriate action to reduce wastage & operating cost without affecting quality of products.
Monitor and record inventory daily, maintain the par stock level.
3 times a day keeps Pastry Chef report of all pertinent informative and any irregularities occurring in the production department.
Provide training to junior team with various tasks including baking assembly and decoration.
Maintain and fulfill the order on time.
Continually monitors production flow and works with Pastry Chef in scheduling according to demand of the products.
Maintain HACCP aspects within the production operation.
Oversea the cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the department and undertake the necessary steps to maintain the highest possible standard in the production area.
Understand, practice and promote teamwork to achieve company goal.
