- Ability to work well in a team.
- Food handler certified.
- Knowledge of food health & safety regulations.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must comply the food hygiene policies.
- Control the raw material and finished good in the department and minimize the wastage.
- Must ensure that all stocks are well maintained.
- Must ensure the quality of products, mise en place for products preparation is completed in the department.
- Monitor the quality and quantity of bakery products that is prepared.
- Need to be flexible and willing to help other department at busy times as and when required.
- Taking inventory of the department and notifying the Chief Baker of the low stock and wastage.
- Must be able to work in assist at least 1 departments of production.
