Job Responsibility Handle full spectrum of Human Capital Development in Pe Involve in People, Teams & Culture building, incorporate the PPRS system, a HR tool. Full implementation of Performance Measurement System with clear individual Goals & KPIs. Handle all HR Admin Works & Reports required by Company & Govt Bodies. Document control & centralization - to ensure all important documents of the company are well kept, updated /renewed. Handle Security & Fire Safety, Plant Maintenance & Hostel Management. Handle recruitment process. Job Requirements Diploma or B.Sc/M.Sc in HR Management or a similar field. At least 3 years experiences in related field. Ability to work independently, can lead & manage the HR & Admin Team. Must be able to communicate in Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia. Having knowledge of labor legislation.
