We're looking for a Payroll Executive to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on managing payroll with precision, this role is for you.Responsibilities
- Handle monthly salary calculation and payroll processing for candidates
- Prepare monthly sales/payroll report for management review
- Process EPF/SOCSO/PCB and ensure compliance with legislation
- Liaise with internal & external parties regarding salary related matters
- Prepare customer invoices and enter data into the finance system
- Other ad hoc administrative duties
- A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business, Human Resources, Social Sciences, or any other related degree will be highly considered
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong attention to detail, meticulous, and good with calculations
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
