Job Description
Job Responsibility Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports and direct reports to the Branch Director. Managing and monitoring cash flows, and bank balances (credit & debit). Issues payment vouchers or cash vouchers and preparing bank reconciliations. Able to handle a full set of accounts (sale taxes, redemption, and SST) and assist in any other accounting-related work. Able to handle accounts payable and accounts receivable. Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use. Handle customer invoicing and collections. Monitor customers follow up on collections, and take action on overdue accounts. Handle internal expenses and budget planning. Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with the auditor. Assist management with finance analysis reporting. Job Requirements Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in the Financial or Accounting field. Minimum Diploma and above in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Willing to travel locally if required.
