Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field is often preferred.

• 2 to 5 years of experience in Category Management within the Dry Merchandising sector of the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is required.

• Attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Strong communication and presentation skills; Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.

• Good command of spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

• Negotiation with supplier on new product listing, pricing and costing, sales promotion and trading term.

• Issuing purchase order and coordination of all the details required to carry out the order successfully.

• Reviewing merchandising performance on a regular basis to actively re-act to market situation always providing sufficient stocks available in outlet for sales maximization.

• Daily operational issues which includes sales promotion activities, merchandise compliances and internal memo circulation.

• Sales report preparation.

• Any Ad-hoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.

• Salary: RM 2,800 - 7,000 + EPF + SOCSO

• Annual Leave + Medical Leave

• Working days: 5 days (Monday - Friday)
