Assist in promoting and selling used trucks through showroom, online platforms, and dealer networks.
Support in handling customer inquiries, quotations, and vehicle inspections.
Coordinate test drives, vehicle preparation, and delivery arrangements.
Prepare sales proposals, price comparisons, and trade-in evaluations.
Follow up on customer leads and maintain active communication until deal closure.
Customer Relationship Management
Provide professional, courteous service to customers throughout the sales process.
Maintain updated customer records and feedback to enhance future sales.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with fleet customers and resellers.
Documentation & Process Compliance
Ensure all sales transactions are properly documented in line with company policy.
Coordinate with Finance and Admin for invoice issuance, ownership transfer, and vehicle release.
Support compliance with company pricing guidelines and approval processes.
Market & Product Knowledge
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor pricing, and demand for used trucks.
Assist in updating vehicle inventory listings, condition reports, and marketing materials.
Provide feedback on customer preferences and market movements to management.
Team & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Used Truck Sales Manager, Vehicle Preparation, and After-Sales teams.
Support marketing campaigns, trade-in events, and truck roadshows as required.
General
Comply with good health and safety practice, all statutory requirements, company policies and standard procedures.
Willing to work at Seksyen 28, Shah Alam, Selangor.

Job Specification:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Automotive, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience (preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry).
Truck Driving License.
Used Commercial Vehicle knowledge & experience.
