ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible to perform and supervise electrical maintenance work (PM & CM) during operation stage & also during power shutoff & turnarounds (TAR) Responsible to perform electrical switching and isolation at switchgear and distribution board. Responsible to perform electrical troubleshooting, as required, during electrical breakdown

MAIN TASK

1) Responsible to attend any complains, breakdown or power failure and rectify or minimize the downtime of failure such as motor, electrical supply, wiring, cable, main switch board, etc.

2) Coordinate with Maintenance Electrical Executive to perform and ensure that the planned preventive maintenance is carried out according to the schedule.

3) As a focal point for any activities such as TNB shutdown, calibration of electrical equipment, breakdown and others within the office premises.

4) Supervise and monitor works carried out by vendors and contractors to ensure it is in compliance to Company's Safety & Health guideline Electricity Act as well as Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).

5) Responsible to perform routine supervision and activities to ensure all electrical systems are in good working condition.

6) To complete all daily works/ assignments and service required by other departments as required by the management in timely manner.

7) Liaise with government authorities such as Suruhan Jaya Tenaga (ST), TNB etc. on all related issues for solutions in timely manner.

8) Submit daily and monthly report as well as prepare report for any incident for the Management review.

9) Conduct monitoring, trending and tracking of daily power consumption of the Company, as well as, initiate preventive maintenance to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failure.

10) Maintain proper documentation and related records of all electrical maintenance.

11) To conduct preventive check based on the checklist and to carry out immediate rectification of any breakdowns as and when need arise.

12) To plan, schedule, organize and supervise building and facilities maintenance to determine general maintenance repair.

13) Responsible to ensure all electrical of the building is maintained and comply with Electricity Act and any other government requirements.

14) Responsible to carry out all installation, maintenance and repair of electrical system of the

buildings.

15) To ensure the firefighting equipment in the main switch board room is in good working condition.

16) Involve in Plant Turn Around for electrical work.

17) Performs any other related duties as assigned.

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
