Role Description

At , UX Writer is pivotal to our company\'s success. We are seeking a detailed-oriented individual that is ready to be part of our Product Team in charge of standardizing and maintaining microcopies across multiple touchpoints on our platform. You will also play a crucial role in PRDs, mini-features, external documentation, and change-log copywriting.

Responsibilities

• Standardize and maintain concise microcopies across multiple touchpoints on the platform and product-related copywriting, ensuring a seamless user experience
• Review PRDs, mini-features, external documentation, and changelog copywriting to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines
• Collaborate with UX researchers to plan and run microcopy UX experiments, testing the effectiveness of product-related content
• Identify opportunities to improve the information architecture and UX copywriting of the platform, and Implement changes to enhance usability, understanding and engagement
• Take ownership of platform copywriting maintenance and reviews, ensuring that all copy aligns with user needs and business objectives

• 1-3 years of experience with UX writing in a B2B SaaS industry
• Has effectively collaborated with cross-functional teams, including UX Researchers, Product Managers, UI/UX Designers, and Developers
• A systems-thinker who loves to build simple and elegant experiences for complex products
• Experience working with products with partner-dependent external documentation (Meta, Google, Viber, Line, etc)
• Familiarity with technical products, able to understand complex concepts and able to translate them into clear and concise copy
• Experience working with localization management platform (Crowdin, Lokalise)
• Passionate about developing strategies based on insights from real customers, leveraging user feedback and data to inform the creation of appealingly designed products
• Good communication skills in English with an ability to clearly explain complex ideas verbally and in writing;
• Nimble and agile team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
