We work holistically to build a scalable platform with a delightful experience for consumers, drivers, and merchants to make Grab the exceptional platform of choice.Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams on a range of problem spaces across Grab\'s platform experiences. We are looking for an experienced UX writer who has exceptional UX writing abilities and demonstrates user-centric thinking. Managing stakeholders well is a given for you. You\'re able to plan, create, design, and govern the content for products you work on, from the big-picture strategy to the minute details that matter.Work on delivering the content for Grab\'s platform experiences.Coordinate with localization specialists to ensure the content is suitable for various markets and is localization-friendly.Work collaboratively with Product Designers, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers, other UX Writers, and Language Specialists to deliver the best possible experience while retaining our brand voice.Ensure content quality end-to-end by providing proactive critique and feedback.Take initiative, anticipate problems, and enable your working teams to develop solutions.Cultivate a team culture of openness and collaboration.Where necessary, develop and implement best practices for other writers, designers, and engineers to strengthen collaboration and raise the quality of content.Understand and apply user insights and metrics to the content, while guiding others to do the same.Be a strong and visible advocate for the content design discipline throughout the organization.Qualifications
