: Key Responsibilities Writing clear, helpful and concise user-interface text Connecting the dots between products and platforms, identifying cross-over and finding solutions that create consistency Acting as the point of contact and source of expertise for user experience writing and suggesting ways to improve existing processes Working with product managers and engineering developers and business owners to define and deliver the best experience for banking clients Proactively seeking areas for improvement, communicating across teams to find solutions Working closely with translation teams to ensure messaging and tone of voice is kept consistent across all languages Ability to facilitate, coach, advise, plan and deliver content strategy is a plus Will extract the findings, translating insights with user researchers Developing informed and actionable content together with UI Designers To work within the banks process and policies Evangelizing for readability, usability and creativity Qualifications & Relevant Work Experience BA or MA in English or equivalent experience 3+ years working with User Experience ( UX) teams and content writing Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills A proven track record of collaboration on projects which adapted complex concepts into easy-to-understand user experiences Competencies and Skills Excellent presentation and communication skills Ability to understand users and contextualize tone of voice for different products. Obsession with details. Understanding that details are not just details they are part of your fundamental contribution to our team and our products & services Ability to evaluate the usability and clarity of the product or service and make relevant suggestions for improvements Able to collaborate with others and stakeholders for short, medium and long-term vision/delivery Able to write in Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
