Requirements:

Minimum requirement Diploma in Science discipline. Minimum 1 year laboratory experience OR hands-on experience during internship and final year project which has be evaluated during interview process.

Job Summary:

To perform related testing and other activities not limited to validation activities. To ensure timely analysis of sample testing according to company policies and work as a team in achieving department objectives and targets.

Key Accountabilities:

To perform sampling for validation sample as per plan or directed by immediate superior according to validation protocol. To also carry out sampling for purified water used in Production and perform chemical and physical testing as required. To perform chemistry and physical testing and write up QC reports where required according to Standard Operating procedures (SOP) & test methods, specification and ensure that they are carried out efficiently and within set deadlines. To perform physical and chemistry testing such as process validation and cleaning validation. Receiver for Analytical method transfer and analyst involved for Analytical Method Validation. To ensure that all work carried out is in compliance with the required standards conforming to company GMP, SOPs, regulations & guidelines and safety before being reviewed by immediate superior. To be involved in internal investigations related with company quality system e.g. Out of Specifications/Trend, Incidents & Deviation investigations, non-conformity, CAPA etc. To report any defects/ deviations/ Out of Specifications/Trend to Executive/Senior Executive and/or Head of Quality Control. Monitor stock for chemical, reagent, reference standard and consumables used in the QC chemistry laboratory. Perform environmental monitoring of the production areas as per plan, prepare trend analysis report if needed. To support laboratory operations such as equipment calibration, verification, qualification and preventive maintenance. To ensure and maintain the work environment cleanliness & tidiness and safe complying with safety and pharmaceutical regulation. To assist the laboratory waste management and validation sample rejection to schedule waste location with respective competent person. To carry out other task as directed by Head of Quality Control or the Management.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
