Job Responsibilities:

To provide advice and indicative values on all types of properties to Banks and Clients.
Able to conduct site inspection, do Title Searches and prepare Valuation Reports for all types of properties.
Able to market and develop new businesses with Banks and Corporate Entities.
To build and promote strong and long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Possess a Diploma or Degree in Property Valuation or Estate Management will be an added advantage.
Responsible and Committed to meeting datelines.
Have good interpersonal skills, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
