Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management.
• Minimum 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Able to work and do marketing independently.

Responsibilities

• To ensure field inspection of properties to be valued including the relevant comparable, ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles
• Prepare and deliver valuation report within specific time frame
• To source for new clients, able to conduct a talk/briefing and maintain good relationship with existing clients
• To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise
• To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad hoc task given
• To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques
• To ensure good customer service with all inquiries promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to
• To set up a good data base system for the department
• To market the valuation services to our panel of bankers, corporate clients and other valuation prospects.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior or management
