Job Responsibility To ensure field inspection of properties to be valued including the relevant comparable, ensure that the properties inspected correspond to their respective land titles Prepare and deliver valuation report within specific time frame Sourcing of new clients, able to conduct a talk/briefing and maintain good relationship with existing clients To conduct relevant market study and research in relation to valuation exercise To assist on the day-to-day tasks of inspection, valuation workings and any other ad hoc task given To keep abreast of the latest development in valuation methodologies and techniques To ensure good customer service with all inquiries promptly, professionally and tactfully attended to To set up a good data base system for the department To market the valuation services to our panel of bankers, corporate clients and other valuation prospects. Any other tasks assigned by superior or management Job Requirements Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree in Real Estate Management/Property Management.
