Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
Identify and recommend additional consumer data sources to the Line Manager/Leadership Team (new channel).
Manage customized research projects to address business concerns and provide actionable insights for product route-to-market planning.
Develop and implement plans to enhance market share and brand awareness in specific regions or demographics, using consumer insights and market intelligence for informed decision-making.
Providing insights on rising outlets or vape chain stores for possible purchase by the distribution or commercial team.
Identify prospective business expansion opportunities inside Vape Retail IND outlets.
Integrate data sources to deliver consumer and market insights, identify next steps, and evaluate brand/trade activations.
Serve as a secondary point of contact for distributors, relationship managers, and cross-functional departments to plan and align trade programmed deployment.
Monitor, appraise, and evaluate marketing campaigns between distributors and consumers.
Develop and implement sales strategy to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
Develop and improve trade programmer by analyzing market dynamics, performance, and customer demands across various groups and channels.
Assisting in the preparation of reports/slides by analyzing and summarizing data (forecasts, IMS, offtake) \xe2\x80\x93 onboarding vendors and coordinating with LEX for contract development.
Job Requirements:
2-3 years of experience working in marketing research, research agencies, or FMCG companies (ideally in the vape industry).
Possess a high level of data accuracy and quality delivered on time.
Capable of conceptualising solutions and thinking strategically.
Capable of delivering insights by effectively articulating ideas and thoughts.
Demonstrate analytical, business acumen, and problem-solving abilities.
Strong interpersonal skills, as well as proven influencing and delivery capacity, are required to collaborate and work across functional lines.
High fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Motivated and determined self-starter with a strong passion for success.
Experience with agile teams and procedures.
Experience with Coupa or related systems (e.g., E-Catalog, P2P Process, iCertis).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and slide creation.
