Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Data Analyst /Engineer. The successful candidate will turn data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions. Data Analyst / Engineer responsibilities include conducting full lifecycle analysis to include requirements, activities, and design. Data analysts will develop analysis and reporting capabilities. They will also monitor performance and quality control plans to identify improvements.

• Design and implement methods to gather and manage supply chain data. Work closely with HTM team to define data scope and requirement
• Define relevant operations KIP metrics and monitor progress against target.
• Support the business in their analytical needs across departments and verticals
• Create storyboard/report via analytical tools automation for dashboards and reports
• Maintain and manage existing analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Maintaining existing reports and developing new reports were necessary to support business needs.
• Make enhancement and automate reporting where necessary to cut down manual report compilation works
• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate information into relevant dashboard report

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering Computer/Telecommunication), Data Analytics, Statistic, Mathematics or equivalent
• Required skill(s): Tableau, Power BI, MS Access, MS Excel, Python, SQL
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Experience in a support function, true number-cruncher.
• Experience in Logistic Industry.
• Preferably Junior Executive specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
