What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of goods Develop and implement effective inventory management systems and processes to maintain optimal stock levels Coordinate with the transportation team to ensure the timely delivery of orders to customers Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, productivity and cost-effectiveness Manage and develop a team of warehouse associates, providing training, coaching and performance management Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations Analyse warehouse performance data and provide regular reports to senior management

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse management role, preferably in the manufacturing, transport and logistics industry Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics operations Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to work well under pressure Proficient in using warehouse management software and data analysis tools Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams A bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred

Pay: RM8,500.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
