Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Fleet Operations:

Manage the full vehicle lifecycle -- acquisition, maintenance, utilization, and disposal.

Maintenance & Scheduling:

Plan preventive maintenance, minimize downtime, and coordinate repairs or servicing.

Logistics:

Optimize route planning, dispatching, and scheduling to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Fuel & Cost Management:

Monitor fuel usage, control operating costs, and implement cost-saving measures.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure adherence to transport regulations, maintain accurate documentation, and promote driver safety.

Data & Reporting:

Use fleet management systems and telematics to track performance, analyze data, and report KPIs to management.

Budgeting:

Prepare and manage annual fleet budgets and expenses.

Requirements



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in fleet management or a similar role.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Fleet Management Software and GPS/Telematics systems. Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance processes and logistics coordination.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation skills for vendor management.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
