We are looking for a reliable and disciplined individual to assist with the daily operation, maintenance, and customer service of our vending machines that sell mobile accessories. The role involves visiting machines around the Klang Valley, ensuring smooth operation, restocking materials, and assisting customers when needed during in person/via call.
Responsibilities:
Travel between vending machine locations across Klang Valley according to schedule.
Refill and restock materials such as phone cases, screen protectors, and accessories.
Check and maintain machines to ensure they run smoothly.
Perform basic troubleshooting and replace parts when needed (training provided).
Ensure machines are always clean, presentable, and ready for customers.
Assist customers with inquiries, refunds, or basic support.
Report any technical or system issues to management.
Keep simple maintenance and stock records updated.
Requirements:
Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Friendly and customer-focused.
Basic technical or mechanical aptitude (training provided).
Comfortable using digital or cashless systems.
Physically able to handle light lifting (materials and parts).
Must have own transportation to travel between mall locations within Klang Valley.

Qualifications:
Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
Basic communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Possess a valid driving license (car or motorcycle).
Prior experience in vending, customer service, retail, or basic technical maintenance is an advantage but not required.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
