To know us better, check out this video https://bit.ly/3KOHSEI foodpanda\'s Central Operations is looking for a VENDOR INSIGHT ANALYST (MANDARIN SPEAKER) FUNCTION : Vendor Operations LOCATION : Southgate Commercial Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia REPORTS TO : Assistant Manager, Vendor Experience Insight ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES foodpanda APAC Central Operations team is looking for a Vendor Insight Analyst (Mandarin Speaker). This role will focus on understanding and improving the entire vendor journey for our restaurant (and shops) partners across APAC. If you love to understand and improve processes using data and rigorous analysis, this is a great opportunity for you! WHAT YOU WILL OWN: Plan and execute high impact projects targeted at improving the vendor experience Study processes and identify opportunities for improvement Execute your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into data, to building a business case, aligning stakeholders, testing ideas, executing and measuring results Collaborate with operations, product/ engineering, commercial, and other teams to understand and solve vendor issues Achieve operations outcomes and deliver program with significant business impact and be the \'go to person\' for many key initiatives within Central Ops Serve as a \'PMO\' for several cross functional projects WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Business Acumen: Understands direct and inverse relationships between key business metrics and is able to interpret metrics and financial data Stakeholder Management: Establishes productive working relationships with immediate working team through to senior leadership Problem Solving: Ability to identify problems, generate solutions, and recommend solutions and tradeoffs Project Management: Able to scope projects, manage multiple, active workstreams, and meet deadline Communication: Communicates clear and concise thoughts, both verbally and written, and collaboratively with team members and stakeholders A lover of process and optimization: driven about the opportunities to create new processes and implement them across the support organization in a consistent and organized manner Data-driven and analytical in approach: You can look at spreadsheets and know the right questions to ask to get to outputs, and you know how to explain data in a digestible way ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE. Mandarin Speaker, Cantonese is a huge plus 2+ years of prior professional experience with process optimisation, program management, and delivery. Strong technical, analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations and drive decisions. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuasively communicate recommendations and effectively champion vendor needs.
