Position : Vendor Planner Assistant
Company Industry : Energy Power
Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)
Working Location : Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport, Complex A, Mas Engineering, 47200 Subang, Selangor
Working Duration: 12 Months contract with PERSOLKELLY
Remuneration : Salary from MYR 2,300- 2,600 (based on qualification & education), statutory contribution & leave entitlementWHO CAN APPLY?
- Graduated from Diploma/ Degree in any field
- Min 3 years of working experience in Vendor Planner or relevant field.
- Familiar with OASIS SAP system
- To input and update quote price and PN of outside vendor (OV) repair parts/ company in SAP system.
- Validating vendor\'s information on quotation vs OV repair PO is tally.
- Rectifying commercial quarantine related issues in receiving (for OV repair Purchase order).
- Recording and/or reporting of OV repair PO.
- Perform scrap transaction in SAP system.
- Perform reservation in SAP system for OV scrap parts
- Working collaboratively with Vendor Performance Specialist and other departments within the shop to ensure smooth cost flow to accounts/invoicing team.
- Supporting Vendor Performance Specialist in other ad-hoc tasks if required.
- Liaise with SAP Team for technical system error during quote update process.
- Respond to Finance inquiry on PO Service Entry Sheet or invoice value discrepancy
