Job Details:

Position : Vendor Planner Coordinator

Company Industry : Aviation MRO

Working Hours : Monday - Friday (0800 to 1730)

Working Location : Nearby to Subang Airport

Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY (renewable based on performance)

Remuneration : Basic RM2,000 - RM2,800 (based on experience & qualification) with statutory contribution + quarterly incentives + insurance & leave entitlement

WHO CAN APPLY?

• Diploma in Engineering or Supply chain Management or Business Administration or related field.
• Min 2 year\'s working experience in Aircraft engine overhaul industry or related industries
• Familiar with OASIS SAP system
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Passionate working in a Maintenance Repair and Overhaul Shop
• Deftness and attention to detail
• Self-motivated and energetic
• Strong communication and interpersonal skill, active and positive
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Task

• Run and review and report out late OV (outside vendor) engine parts/ after G1 close
• To run related report required by Vendor planner and leader.
• Coordinate PN, SN correction on PO and provide new PO to vendor
• Support Vendor planner for OV engine parts pending document for customs clearance
• Submit EARF workflow to obtain customer approval for DICA/DR.
• Rectify commercial quarantine related issues in receiving (for OV repair PO).
• Respond to the Quality quarantined/ on hold OV parts timely
• Take proactive action to prevent OV engine parts/ component going under quarantine
• Assist VP to request ARC (authorized release certificate) correction or missing certificates from vendor.
• Respond to Finance inquiry on PO Service Entry Sheet or invoice value discrepancy.
• Support Leaders as required.
