Job Summary

The Venue Supervisor will oversee floor operations, manage waitstaff, and ensure guests receive excellent service. Your role will include supervising service flow, managing guest seating, coordinating with the kitchen, and assisting in creating a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise floor staff to ensure high-quality service. Manage guest seating and assist with reservations as needed. Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely delivery of orders. Assist guests with operating and navigating game machines to ensure a smooth experience. Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints professionally. Monitor cleanliness and organization of the floor area. Conduct shift briefings to ensure staff are informed of service expectations.

Requirements

Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is required. Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to lead staff and address guest needs. Customer Service: Commitment to providing a positive guest experience. Attention to Detail: Ensure service standards are consistently met. Availability: Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
