Verification & Characterization Staff Engineer

Your tasks

Provide electrical & optical characterization & verification support to R&D and other internal customers. Ensure state of the art lab capability and apply latest scientific measurement technics to support company product roadmap. Ensure delivery of high quality test/measurement results and reports required in accordance with the product specification for the generation of product datasheet. Analyze product test/measurement data and translate them into specifications to ensure device performance and quality. Scientific and technical advisor to R&D and other internal customers on product electro optical characterization.
Who we are looking for

Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD Degree in Science or Engineering. Photonics will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates with a Master's or PhD are welcome to apply. Ability to work with MATLAB, R, Python, or JMP for data automation, analysis, and visualization is required. Hands-on laboratory experience will be an added advantage. Experience in LED, Light Sensor, or LASER will be an added advantage. Possess basic knowledge in optics and photonics. Experience in Electronics or Semiconductor testing/characterization will be an added advantage. Knowledge of MATLAB, R, Python, C#, Visual Basic, or LabVIEW will be an added advantage. Ability to deliver technical presentations to large audiences. Professional proficiency in English.
