• Provide technical support and assist customers in improving animal health status and farm management practices, in line with best practices.
• Respond rapidly to any customer enquiries and resolve complaints related to sub-standard performance, associated with diseases, management, environment or feed quality, speedily to their satisfaction.
• Monitor and report to the company on feed performance and customers/market needs.
• Maintain regular contacts with customers to ensure that there is continuous feedback about the feed quality and performance.
• Assist in conducting and monitoring of field trials.
• Assist in conducting training for other technical/field and sales staff.
• Maintain a liaison with other company staff, particularly in relation to the development of sales and marketing plans.
• Maintain an awareness of technical developments in the industry, competitors and market activities to ensure the company maintains its competitive position.

• You have at least 2 years experience in a similar role.
• You have working knowledge of veterinarian
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
• You are willing to undertake 30-60% travel.
