Able to conversant in Mandarin or local dialect will be advantageous. \xc2\xb7 Great skills in areas like communication, analytical thinking, problem solving and teamwork. \xc2\xb7 Strong desire for continuous learning and work in high-performance culture. \xc2\xb7 Able to outstation to farm visit as scheduled. \xc2\xb7 Possess own car. \xc2\xb7 Those qualified DVM candidates with work experienced at pets clinic are encouraged to apply for personal career growth. \xc2\xb7 Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Preferable Kuching local resident. : \xc2\xb7 Identify and propose prescription in improving animal health or farm management practices. \xc2\xb7 Promptly report to management about prescription result dan it impacts or feedback on animals. \xc2\xb7 To consult and provide technical supports in physical performance of the farm. \xc2\xb7 Routine visiting farm to sustain continuous business rapport relationship. \xc2\xb7 Submission for weekly field visit and status. \xc2\xb7 Understand and collect market information & trends. \xc2\xb7 To keep the management up-to-dated regards to farm status and market information include reporting for any incident happen nearby at the farm which possibility may influence to company\'s business. \xc2\xb7 Assist in setting up trial farms for business opportunity. \xc2\xb7 To work closely with collaborators on same projects. \xc2\xb7 Follow-up closely on special projects assigned by the management. \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to sales team. \xc2\xb7 Participate and assist in technical aspect training organised by company or suppliers. \xc2\xb7 To undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time which is assigned by the management.
