Provide administrative support to veterinarians, receptionists, and veterinary assistants to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.
Oversee inventory and supply management, including procurement, stock monitoring, and vendor coordination.
Manage staff documentation such as leave applications, overtime claims, and attendance records.
Assist in recruitment processes and support onboarding of new team members.
Coordinate and assist in the planning of internal staff training sessions.
Draft clinic notices, announcements, and educational or awareness materials for internal and public communication.
Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Prior experience in administration, HR support, or clinic operations is an advantage.
Proficient in Mandarin, Malay, and English (preferred).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Able to work both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
