Job Description
- High school diploma or equivalent; formal education in veterinary assisting is a plus. Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Passion for Animals, genuine love and empathy for animals and their well-being.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Ability to collaborate and work well with a diverse team.
- Physical Stamina, comfortable withstanding for long periods and lifting/moving animals when necessary.
- Adaptability, willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Attention to detail, keen observation skills and attention to the needs of both animals and clients.
- Professionalism, Maintain a positive and professional demeanour at all times.
- Assist veterinarians during examinations, surgeries, and other medical procedures.
- Handle and restrain animals with care and compassion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to pet owners
