Technical Support Specialist - Veterinary Software (Remote)

You'll become the product expert. When clinics have technical questions or issues, you're the one who knows the answer--or can figure it out fast.
No sales targets. No chasing clients. Just solving problems and helping people use the software properly.
What You'll Do
Learn the software inside-out
- become the go-to expert on VetCheck
Handle technical support queries
- via email, chat, and phone
Join client calls
- when the team needs technical backup
Troubleshoot issues
- identify problems, find solutions, escalate bugs to dev
Create help resources
- FAQs, guides, training videos
Support onboarding
- help new clinics get set up and trained
What We're Looking For
Must-haves:
Strong English - verbal AND written
(you'll be on calls and writing help guides)
Past experience with SaaS / cloud-based software
(as a user or support role)
Tech-savvy - you pick up new software quickly
Patient and calm when explaining things
Problem-solver - you dig until you find the answer
Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
Backup power and/or internet if you're in an area with outages
Comfortable working remotely without supervision
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in IT helpdesk, tech support, or customer service
Background in veterinary, medical, or healthcare (not required)
