Strategize and develop new or variation of Personal Financing sales and marketing campaigns which is relevant in the personal loan market/industry and work with various stakeholders in CIMB especially the respective sales channels
Champions the sales acquisitions strategies by working with various sales channels/leads to identify and execute revenue uplift activities such as running sales initiatives and marketing campaigns.
Responsible to strategize with CBPA and respective channels on overall cost of campaigns/acquisitions with proper strategy to ensure products remain profitable
To conduct strategic market research and analysis on customer segments, latest product proposition in the market and competitor analysis for sales campaigns and incentives where relevant
To develop an effective sales kits (sales checklist, application form, Sales Call scripts, marketing collaterals or other relevant/related materials) to the respective Personal Financing products.
To ensure sales roadshows are effectively coordinated and engaged to ensure sales channels are equipped with latest product information/updates
Ensure timely sales reporting to sales channels as a tool to monitor sales performance
To work closely with stakeholders (e.g: product managers, sales channels, iCIMB, Consumer Marketing & Decision Management (DM) for any sales reporting, analysis and/or campaign fulfilment
Work with various sales channel leads to identify and execute revenue uplift activities such as running sales challenges and marketing campaigns.
Work closely with stakeholders (e.g. iCIMB, RCRM Unsecured Collection Centre) on any sales queries customer complaints related matters.
Undertakes ad-hoc task/ assignment from time to time as required by Management
Job requirements
At least 5 years working experience in Banking industry / Sales Management related areas
