To work cross functionally with various stakeholders to enhance existing or develop new customer value proposition projects
Work with key product owners to maintain / enhance product related benefits for CIMB@Work customers
Liaise with Decision Management to understand the portfolio and use the analytical insights as justification to support each proposal
To work with Decision Management to identify customers with opportunity for cross selling and launch real time cross sell triggers to target the customers with various products/offers
To work with Decision Management and key product owners to identify growth opportunities for STP (straight through processing without income documents) for cross selling for CC and PF products
To drive awareness of CAW brand and its privileges, by highlighting CIMB@Work across all the applicable internal marketing assets and to ensure the sales team is well trained to pitch the proposition
Conduct market research to keep track of competitors' value propositions
To help lead the team in running the day to day work of supporting CIMB@Work business
