Designs and implements People Strategy roadmap and framework that support the overall Bank\xe2\x80\x99s strategic goals and transformation plans to create operational cohesion and strong execution by knitting together different functions and teams
Coordinates project management and reporting of all People Strategy and Forward23+ people related programmes
Supports implementation of Group HR related projects and Forward23+ human resource related projects
Facilitates collaboration with relevant Regional Centre of Excellence heads and country HR to strategise and execute key projects identified to achieve Forward23+ aspirations
Works closely with various stakeholders across the Group in the implementation of the human resources related Forward23+ projects
Mentors junior team members, where required
Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, CIMB policies & procedures, guidelines and the Department\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures regionally
Performs any other responsibilities / task as assigned by the management from time to time.
