Develop plans and strategize to deliver high quality services to achieve customer satisfaction, aligned to the overall strategic direction of Commercial Banking Division.
Formulate, review and implement recovery strategies and manages all resources to maximize recovery and communicate and provide clarity of management\'s expectation to all staff.
Identify key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the departments managed.
Business Performance Management
Defining and managing the framework needed to enable and control the successful delivery of key objectives and transformation outcomes in order to support the division strategy and performance.
Monitor and track project progress and benefits realisation within the stipulated timeline, scope and budget.
Developing inclusive planning processes and translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
Maintain awareness of project interdependencies and risks with other projects and impact
Review new and existing proesses, resources and systems, making and overseeing any changes to the division where necessary.
Coordinate and work closely with project resources and stakeholders (project directors, business owners, etc) to meet the strategic intent and goals.
Ensure all the related stake holders have the same information related to the projects/programs
