Overview

This position is responsible for leading Product Success, to help better Mastercard products go-to-market and achieve better business outcomes.

The Product Success leader is responsible for:

  • Championing Mastercard\xe2\x80\x99s product development and management framework in Asia-Pacific, working across all product groups
  • Co-ordinating cross-functional teams to ensure quality products are brought to market
  • Lending project management support to select strategically important initiatives
  • Leading Product Optimization activities, focused on the scaling and usage of key strategic focus areas, working in close collaboration with products owners, marketing, consulting and account management colleagues
  • Increasing Card-Not-Present (CNP) approval rate optimization by using analytical, strategic storytelling and cross-functional solution linkages
  • Providing business support and running operational excellence activities for Products & Innovation
Role
  • Be a consultation point for product managers on applying the Studio (formerly Product Management Excellence) framework to their products
  • Apply project management skills to drive alignment, integration and execution among internal and external project stakeholders supporting the development of Mastercard products
  • Work effectively with cross functional teams involved in the development and management of products including Products & Innovation, Data & Services, Cyber & Intelligence, Marketing & Communications, Mastercard Technology, Legal, Sales and Customer Delivery
  • Identify and jointly implement improvements with cross-functional partners on improving the Studio (formerly Product Management Excellence) framework in region, continually improving how products and cross-functional partners can collaborate for better outcomes overall for Mastercard
  • Play a pivotal role in strategic initiatives as needed
  • Increase CNP approval rate optimization, including data-driven insights to senior stakeholders, and coordinating workstreams across multiple teams
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to embed and leverage data analytics capabilities and metric reporting
  • Support product teams as a subject matter expert in product data analysis and reporting
  • Execute Business Operations duties, which includes coordinating management reporting, leading team initiatives and supporting business efficiency efforts
  • Develop and deliver communications and oversee the Communications Plan for the regional Products & Innovation team
