Handle the management of staff misconduct cases, including investigation.
Provide guidance to line managers on managing staff misconduct.
Drafting of charge sheet / letter of explanation, follow up on explanation by the staff and prepare recommendation paper for decision on disciplinary action.
Handle staff grievances and advising line managers in resolving the grievances.
Attend to conciliation at the Industrial Relations Department and complaints / claims filed with the Labour Court.
Liaison and follow-up with lawyers on Industrial Court cases.
Drafting and review of policies and procedures related to Employee Relations.
Management of employee monitoring exercises on compliance, business interest and bankruptcy.
Responsible for the monthly / quarterly and ad-hoc reports for management and regulators.
