Contribute to achievement of acquisition targets, product financial performance, revenue performance, and expense management goals as well as oversee identification and execution of opportunities and gaps business plans
Develop and communicate a business plan to approach the marketplace, and coordinate and implement team procedures, client problem resolutions and client management.
Undertake new product development, new markets, system readiness and work with stakeholder to obtain necessary approval.
Ensure effective support and communication strategy in relation to product operational queries, sales support and product training
To identify any process gap and perform system/process enhancement and re-engineering.
To keep abreast of key development within the Group and banking industry including changes of regulatory policies or guidelines and credit risk management issues
Any other responsibilities / task as assigned by management from time to time
