Job Description

• Experience: Previous experience in video production and content creation, preferably in digital media or entertainment. If possible, provide examples of your previous work.
• Creativity: Strong creative thinking skills. Ability to generate fresh video concepts and storytelling approaches that appeal to our target audience.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in video editing software and tools, such as Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar programs. Knowledge of video formats, compression, and optimization for different platforms.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest trends in video content, social media, and digital marketing. Familiarity with popular platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Able to work effectively with the creative team, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure successful video projects.
• Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to maintain high-quality videos that align with our brand identity.

• Pitching and Ideation: Stay updated with current trends and find interesting content ideas. Brainstorm and suggest popular topics and creative video concepts for our Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok channels.
• Video Production: Develop ideas for videos that align with our brand. Create a storytelling approach and, when needed, design storyboards. Edit videos to match our preferred style, ensuring they are of high quality and capture viewers\' attention.
• Content Innovation: Take the lead in exploring new ideas and projects. Create video templates and formats for innovative concepts. Set an example for the team by showcasing your creativity and technical skills.
