Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Video Editor with strong design skills to join our team, specialising in producing high-quality social media short videos for a diverse range of clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for design, and the ability to collaborate closely with clients to bring their vision to life through engaging and visually stunning video content. Key Responsibilities:
1. Custom Video Production

• Create custom video content tailored to the unique needs and preferences of each client.
• Understanding of production and post-production workflow from production to delivery
• Incorporate client branding, messaging, and style guidelines into the video editing and design process.

2. Design Integration

• Develop visually appealing graphics, animations, and other design elements to enhance client videos.
• Ensure that the design aligns with the client\'s brand and objectives.

3. Scriptwriting and Storytelling Skills

• Experience in scriptwriting to create compelling narratives that align with client objectives.
• Ability to craft engaging stories through effective video editing techniques, ensuring a seamless blend of visuals, audio, and graphics.

4. Client Feedback and Revisions

• Proactively seek client feedback throughout the production process.
• Implement revisions and adjustments based on client input to ensure client satisfaction.

5. Project Management

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
• Communicate project timelines and updates to clients in a clear and professional manner.

Qualifications:
1. Proven experience as a Video Editor with a focus on social media platforms with at least 5 years of experience. 2. Strong portfolio showcasing client-specific video editing and design work. 3. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator). 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration. 5. Ability to adapt to various client brand styles and preferences. 6. A degree in Film Production, Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills:
1. Knowledge of current video and design trends. 2. Experience with social media platforms. 3. Familiarity with motion graphics and 3D animation. 4. Required Language: English. Mandarin is a plus. Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month Benefits:
