Job Title: Video Producer - Banking Advertisements Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Duration: 6 Months Contract renewable Experience Level: 3+ Years in High-Quality Video Production : We are looking for an experienced and creative Video Producer to oversee the production of high-quality advertisements for our banking clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in video production, storytelling, and a deep understanding of the banking industry\'s unique needs. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of video production, from concept development to final delivery, ensuring the content meets the highest standards and aligns with the brand\'s goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end production of video advertisements for banking clients, including concept development, scriptwriting, storyboarding, shooting, editing, and post-production. Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, target audience, and messaging, ensuring the final product aligns with their vision. Manage production schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within budget. Coordinate with creative teams, including directors, cinematographers, editors, and other production staff, to ensure a seamless workflow. Oversee the selection and management of locations, talent, and equipment for shoots. Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines, industry regulations, and quality standards. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the quality and effectiveness of video content. Review and approve final cuts before delivering them to clients, ensuring they meet the highest production standards. Requirements: A minimum of 3 years of experience in high-quality video production, preferably in creating advertisements for the banking or financial services industry. Strong portfolio showcasing your ability to produce engaging and visually compelling video content. Proficiency in video production software and tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, and other relevant software. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong creative and storytelling abilities, with an eye for detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. Understanding of the banking industry\'s regulatory environment and the ability to create content that complies with industry standards. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to changing project requirements. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in producing video content for digital platforms, including social media and online advertising. Knowledge of animation and motion graphics is a plus.
