Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with brand managers and social media leads to align monthly content calendars.
Schedule livestreams and video shoots in coordination with campaign timelines and product launches.
Develop detailed shot lists and creative briefs for talent, influencers, and KOLs/KOCs.
Production & Filming
Execute filming of lifestyle content, product demonstrations, user-generated content (UGC), and livestream sessions.
Oversee all shoot logistics including talent coordination, props, location setup, equipment management, and scheduling.
Optimize shoots to generate multiple content variations and formats.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Work closely with video editors to prioritize footage and ensure timely delivery.
Review and approve video edits before final distribution to brand and social media teams.
Provide training and creative guidance to editors on brand voice, visual style, and storytelling.
Innovation & Workflow Optimization
Explore and test new content formats such as live shopping clips, trending memes, and social media challenges.
Develop scalable workflows to support content production across new markets.
Maintain and organize the asset library to ensure footage is easily accessible and reusable.
Key Requirements
3-5 years of experience in videography and content production.
Proven ability to manage end-to-end small-scale productions, from planning to execution.
Strong portfolio showcasing content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
Proficient with DSLR/mirrorless cameras and editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, and CapCut.
Highly creative, trend-aware, and exceptionally organized.
Experience in producing livestream and e-commerce content is a significant advantage.

Pay: RM96,000.00 - RM120,000.00 per year
