Job Description

We are seeking a talented Videographer cum Editor to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for capturing compelling video footage and crafting engaging video content. You\'ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to bring our ideas to life through visual storytelling

• Candidate must possess at least Pre-U in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of professional video production and video editing experience or similar capacity
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual storytelling.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• A portfolio showcasing your videography and editing work.

• Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for various purposes, including promotional materials, social media content, and internal communications.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with team members to develop video concepts and storyboards that align with our brand and messaging.
• Camera Operation: Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear to capture professional-grade footage. Ensure proper framing, composition, and lighting for each shot.
• Editing: Edit video content using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro). Seamlessly integrate visuals, sound, and graphics to create engaging final products.
• Post-Production: Enhance and color-grade video content to maintain a consistent visual style. Add special effects, animations, and transitions when appropriate.
• Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and organize video equipment, ensuring IT is in good working condition at all times. Troubleshoot technical issues as needed.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project goals and objectives. Incorporate feedback to refine video content.
• Deadline Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines. Ensure timely delivery of completed videos.
• Stay Updated: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in videography and editing techniques. Recommend and implement innovative approaches to improve video quality.
