JOB DESCRIPTION:

VIDEOGRAPHY & VIDEO EDITING

Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content (e.g., promotional videos, interviews, reels, event coverage) Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both live purpose. Edit videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. Create short-form video content optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.customers.

GRAPHIC DESIGN

Design eye-catching visual content such as banners, posters, ads, thumbnails, and infographics. Develop assets for digital campaigns, events, and website use. Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Monitor engagement, respond to messages and comments, and build an active online community. Analyze content performance using insights/analytics and suggest data-driven improvements. Stay updated on social media trends, viral challenges, and emerging content formats.

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Film & Broadcasting, Visual Communication, or related field. Preferably 1-3 years working experience in related field. Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered. Proficient in camera handling, framing, lighting, audio recording. Video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve. Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, or similar tools. Ability to create simple motion graphics using Adobe After Effects or similar. Knowledge in managing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn. Content creation skills suited to each platform's requirement (e.g., reels, stories, shorts).
