The Learning Managers design and implement the learning strategies for our 10,000 people in APAC; spanning across 14 different countries.

The Learning Team is accountable for developing our people through impactful and innovative learning programs centered on user experience and driven by continuous improvement.

Together with an APAC Learning Team of experts; in close collaboration with the Business Lines and Group Talent Development teams, he/she covers all key learning activities including the training needs analysis, design, development and implementation of learning programs, monitoring of learning programs\' effectiveness, continuous improvement and streamlining of learning processes and learning data analytics.

You will contribute to this mission by:

1. Learning Operations

- Working with the Learning Managers and the Learning Performance Manager to continuously improve, streamline and enhance the learning processes across APAC and analyze data to help better and anticipate and meet user needs.

- Supporting the run mode for the myHR Learning module, and preparing coming improvements in Training Needs Analysis from system and process perspectives.

- Developing APAC wide learning strategies, roadmaps and policies together with the Learning Team.

2. Learning Projects

- Working closely with Learning Lead, Learning Managers and Talent Managers on the development and implementation of Learning projects to be introduced in APAC

- Working with hub Communications on the APAC intranet site

- Being responsible for deploying and advising on onboarding programs such as LAUNCH in relation with entities and Air Liquide University

3. Learning Org

- Acting as a change agent to further the HR Transformation and strengthen Air Liquide as a Learning Organization

- Supporting the deployment of Group and/or APAC transversal Learning campaigns

- Acting as key contact for Air Liquide University events such as Campus, Virtual Campus, Learning Festival.

Are you a MATCH?

Education:

Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business or Engineering

Specialization in HR/Learning and Development/Talent Management/Talent Development/Business would be a plus

Soft and Hard Skills:

Excellent international communication

Curiosity

Passion for learning and sharing

High quality standards

Project Management experience

Knowledge Management/Data Analytics experience is an added advantage

Learning and development experience is an added advantage

Languages:

English fluency is Must have

Chinese or Japanese are Nice to have
