This role will be within the APAC Digital Factory organization, which is part of APAC Digital & IT, AGS.

You will be part of the 15-person APAC Digital Factory team. We deliver proof of concepts to de-risk business investments, to grow the business sustainably for the long term.

We are culturally diverse: Malaysian, Singaporean, Tanzania, Indian, Chinese, and French. Our team members speak English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Tamil, and Swahili.

40% of our team members are female, and our age ranges 20+ to 50+.

We work collaboratively with global teams covering geographical regions of the Americas, Europe, Middle East/Africa, Asia Pacific including China, Australia & New Zealand.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Mission Summary:

Under the leadership of the APAC Digital Factory Lead, you will have the opportunity to work on agile projects from different perspectives:

Depending on the project, you will support the Air Liquide APAC region working in software engineering, data science, Project management/Scrum master or UX design.

Ensure the solution drive innovation, efficiency and solves the business challenges and reinforce the link between all Digital and IT teams and all business stakeholders

Be in charge of ad-hoc technical studies on specific projects

You will contribute to this mission by\xe2\x80\xa6

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions,

Deliver the proof of concept (POC) and minimal viable product (MVP) in an Agile Scrum manner, with hands-on knowledge of software engineering, data science, artificial intelligence, user experience, user interface/design, and testing. Using your technical knowledge, design reusable technology architectural backbone and solutions, at all time aligning to the business-led technology roadmap. Be an agile team player: adaptable, quick learner, and be able to contribute in various roles: User Researchers, UX/UI designers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Software Engineers

Are you a MATCH?

Education:

The ideal candidate has a Master/Bachelor\'s Degree in one of the following domains:

Software Engineering

Data Science

Computer Science

Design, Psychology / Human Research

Other related / similar fields

Hard skills:

Strong technical and hands-on knowledge of any of these paths:

Data science and artificial intelligence domain:

Implement DS/ML algorithms

Main language is Python

Implement data cleansing techniques to improve data quality

Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning using test results

Software Engineering domain:

Design & Build Softwares, which includes:

software architecture and data model, delivering features that are clean and reusable

implementing required secure coding policies

Main language is Java, JavaScript

\xe2\x80\x8bUI / UX domain: Knowledge of product/Service design, prototyping and design tools (Eg Figma).

Knowledge of User Research

Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript

Testing: write and automate test cases

Strong in Agile and Scrum knowledge and experience in real projects

Relevant certifications as Scrum Master, Product Owner, Developer

Strong in knowledge and experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure, as well as Google suite of products (e.g. Google AppScript)

Soft skills:

Languages:
